He Knows My Heart...

This 'season' we are in is proving to be unpredictable at times. It seems that just when I begin to get my "bearings" and feel some momentum beginning, BAM... something tries to stop it. Today it came in the form of an email which stated someone's opinions and obvious lack of understanding regarding me personally.

My initial reaction was to get upset, the things said were hurtful, accusing and coming from a completely one sided individual who really didn't have all the facts. However, one word from God set me straight. He whispered in my ear, "It's okay Tara, they just don't know your heart. BUT I DO!"

And as my tears dried, and as I sat in my Daddy God's lap, an old song began to roll over in my spirit... "He knows my heart, He knows the way I feel, Whether I'm right, Whether I'm wrong, I'll have HIM here when others are gone. You see the outside part, but HE knows my heart..."

I know this won't be the last time I am misjudged or misunderstood, however, as long as God knows my heart, and I act on that... everything will work out for my good! He has my heart right in the palm of His hand and let me tell you, it's a daily work in progress to keep it pure before Him! But still, even when the dust, debris and garbage others, well meaning or not, try to heap onto the "constant work in progress" of my heart... He simply knocks it away because HE knows my heart better than anyone else...

I was able to find "He Knows My Heart" online in both lyric and digitally...

He Knows My Heart - Vicki Yohe

He Knows My Heart (Vicki Yohe)

God knows I try with all of my heart
I know I have made my mistakes
And in my life I've been misunderstood
Friends have turned
And just walked away
I don't need their approval
But I wish they could see
What our God placed inside of me
All that I am the good and the bad
It's my Father who justifies me

He knows my heart
He knows the way I feel
Whether I'm right
Or whether I'm wrong
I'll have him here
When others are gone
You see the outward part
But he knows my heart

There have been times alone in the night
My own heart condemns me
To the grave
But God in his grace
Shared his embrace
His love is bigger than me anyway
I can't explain this feeling
Here in my soul
Words along are never enough
To try to describe this feeling inside
The world has never known
His kind of love

I know that time has a season
When all things are revealed
He knows what's deep down inside me
And I'll be faithful yes faithful

Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God. Matthew 5:8

Well, you have to give them points for boldness to even write such an email. Why folks do that is and will alway be beyond my understanding. Sometimes you just have to consider the source or the spirit behind the email and realize some folks aren't happy unless they can make others unhappy. I don't know and that's the best I can come up with. I hope it encourages you. I am proud of you for listening to Father God and going on His say so!

I think Shelisa and I need to come over and put the smack down on some folk who just don't have an understanding...we can give them UNDERSTANDING and REVELATION such as they have never experienced before.

We need to minister in the LAYING ON OF HANDS... lol

Seriously my friend, realize who's in your front row...

Know that you have thousands of people out there who believe in you...

Remember that with your real friends you don't have to explain anything and your enemies wouldn't believe you anyway!

Just keep moving forward. You're doing great and you've got an army of people who are marching with you, who believe in you and who will do anything to help you.

I hate it when that happens... it seems that people can get very bold online and say things they would never say face to face.
