Incredible Shrinking Woman Update

Today was my seventh weigh in with Weight Watchers. I am now down almost 31 pounds since I made the decision to become a healthier me! I am well on my way to my first goal and if things continue as they are I will be 2/3rds of the way to my final goal by the end of the year! I plan to meet my GOAL weight by my birthday, April 1oth. I have a long way to go, but I am determined and motivated! Getting this far and continually losing has been incredible. I am making life changes that I plan to stick with forever. I won't fool you, this has been one of the most difficult things I have ever done, but with the support of my husband, girls, family, and friends side by side with the Weight Watchers program, I am doing this! God has been holding my hand through it all, teaching me throughout this PROCESS how to be patient and steadfast. I feel like shouting every time I lose a pound!

I have lost 17 inches as well. My clothes are literally falling of of me! A sweet lady from our church, Patty, gave me two brand new suits, several blouses and two skirts, all brand new with tags from a very nice women's boutique last week. I was so thrilled, then I burst out laughing when most of it was too big! That was quite alright with me, I know a great seamstress who is taking everything in for me!

I notice it most in my clothes. Others have noticed it in my face- one of my co-workers blurted out Friday, "Oh my gosh! You have lost so much weight!" I wish I could see the transformation as they do. In time I think I will. I just don't want to break my focus right now!

Anyway, this is my "Incredible Shrinking Woman" update! Keep praying for me through the process!

Love & Blessings,

Oh, Tara!!! I'm so proud of you!!! You have inspired me to get back on the "health wagon" and lose the weight I've gained back.

I'm praying for you--I know how hard this is!

It was such an awesome thing to meet you at the conference. Thnks for being a blessing!
