Hallelujah- No Strep!

My Lexi has not been feeling well all weekend. It was odd, I had a dream Thursday night that she was very sick and well, let's just say I prayed through a lot of it, but she woke up croupy and with a sore throat. So I was wailing on the devil and Craig and I laid hands on her and prayed.

The rest of the weekend was hard on her. She woke up Sunday morning with a 103 degree fever so I was home with her. We prayed some more and took care of her. Today she went to the doctor where they did a strep test and some other tests- but in the end- NO strep (praise God!)- it is a virus that she is on the tail end of. She stayed home from school today with Craig (it is his off day) and rested.

She'll go back to school tomorrow. Her kindergarten year has been so positive and a great experience. Lexi has been learning by leaps and bounds! I am so excited because we were told she was not ready for kindergarten for a myriad of reasons that should not have existed, but I am not going to get into that riht now. All that matters is she is excelling and thriving! Ain't God good!?

Love & Blessings,

Yay! Go God! My son has that cough right now, too and I think my daughter is starting to get it. The Doctor said that he's fine and it's probably a virus. Sounds like they have the same thing!

I'm glad you can make use of that quote I found! I am not preaching this week, but I look forward to seeing what you come up with.
